Tired of the weather!

Not to complain even further, but is spring on its way?










I (Toby) am neglected. For the past 3 months my owners have been too preoccupied to take me on walks or to the dog park. It has been too cold, too icy, and last night it rained and rained. The backyard is a mess of mud and poo and we had water in the basement. Mom and Dad are grumpy. I like my sister and she smells good but where is my love?
